Inactive Account Cleanup: If your account remains inactive (no login activity) for a continuous period of 6 months, Melyx AI reserves the right to remove your stored assets to manage storage resources efficiently.
Subscriber Protection: Users with an active paid subscription are exempt from inactive account cleanup, regardless of login frequency.
Prior Notification: For users who have previously held a paid subscription, we will send an email notification approximately 14 days before any scheduled asset removal. Simply logging in to your account will reset the inactivity period.
No Guarantee of Permanent Availability: While we strive to maintain your assets, Melyx AI does not guarantee indefinite storage. We strongly recommend downloading important assets to your local device.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
